I've only given it one reading but my first impression is WOW! That's a kick arse letter for sure. I'm just trying to finalise all the land registry stuff which has to go today and then i'll sit down and give this lovely letter my full attention. I hope you realise exactly how much comfort your words have brought to me. It was exactly the answer I had been wishing for and now, at 7.30 on a Monday morning, it is the first time for many weeks that I am not "frightened" to go to work.
