I have a 3 year old daughter who lives with her mother.
Since birth all contact has been on the mothers terms. If ever we fall out all contact is stopped.
In January 2009 I applied to the courts for a contact order. I May 2009 an order was granted that my daughter stays at my house one night a week, with the view that at the second hearing I would be granted more overnight stays and holidays.
Last week she fell out with me again because I advised her that I intend to apply for more contact. At which she became abusive and advised me that I will not be seeing my daughter that week.
Today I applied for an enforcement of the contact order at the courts. I have just received a message from my ex saying she has sought legal advice and he been advised not to let me see my daughter until the next hearing (which is not until September), or until I see a contract she and her solicitor have set up.
Can this contract they have written be legally binding??
Also we already have a contact order in place with the courts, would a solicitor really advice someone to stop contact when a contact order is in place for no reason??
What are the courts likely to do if she keeps breaking the order?
I want to apply for residency but I know how most people usually favour mothers in cases like this!
Any advice please???

I owned a wood company but closed it in sept 2009. The last job i did was to supply a chap with a large garden building. I did so and accepted a payment plan that he could afford which was nothing that proffesional, just a piece of paper with a few dates and amounts he would pay and his signiture. He only owes me £85 but states he will not pay it. I told him i wanted the building back or the money, he got very verbal, but where do i stand as my business is no longer running ??
