Fortunately you were under the magic 100 mph which raises a presumption of disqualification. I do not think that you will be disqualified on this first offence but you do need to put together an argument of special reasons why you should not be disqualified in case you come before an unsympathetic bench. Such reasons will include the points you mention for needing to drive and you should also mitigate the seriousness of the offence by explaining the circumstances at the time.
It may be worth having representation at court from a solicitor with experience of motoring offences.
