I would like any advise that you can offer on a judgement of the employment tribuneral. I have been awarded a figure over £5000 and I need to consider my options for claiming this amount from the respondant. I believe a garnishe is my best option - if possible I would like information on this and my other options.

Your first step must be to register the tribunal decision with the County Court. Once registered you will then have the full range of County Court enforcement measures at your disposal.
