There is no special procedure. Just apply on form N244
This is a rather unnecessarily heavy way of dealing with the problem however. Without putting too fine a point on it, court bailiffs do not have the time and are not particularly good at effecting difficult service/ My advice is to tell the Court that you will effect service yourself and do so either personally, by a friend or a private process server. You will then need to provide an affidavit of service which is available from the Court
