TRAFIC LIGHT CAMERAS

I have got a summons relating to going through a red light with a camera on 0.66 sec, and also for failier to provide proof of ID of driver.
I have preiviosly stated that both me and my wife drive the car and that on that day we were together but we dont know as to who was driving at the time due to the fact that some days i have sever headaces and on this day i had one of those so she takes over the driving for a while whilst i have a rest and wait for painkillers to work.

Is Mediation really a substitute for civil justice.

Anybody who has been forced to fall back on the Civil Courts of England and Wales to enforce a legal right will know that it is an expensive and in many ways unsatisfactory process.
